The City of Newton, Sanitation Division, will observe Thursday, Nov. 28, as a holiday, altering the curbside trash pick-up schedule.

Trash normally collected on Thursday, Nov. 28, will be collected on Wednesday, Nov. 27.

Monday, Nov. 25, Tuesday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 29, Trash collected ran as normal.

Containers need to be at the curb by 7 a.m., the day of collection. Bag all trash and tie it shut.
