Patricia Ann “Patsy” Ford

Patricia Ann “Patsy” Ford, 84 of North Newton, Kansas, after battling with Alzheimer’s, went to be with the Lord on December 15th, 2022. Patricia “Patsy” Ford was born April 6, 1938, to Andrew and Margaret (Adrian) Boese in Newton, Kansas.

Patricia was a housewife for many years, where she raised her two sons. She lived her adult life in Marion Kansas till 1976, when the family moved to North Newton, KS.

After her son’s went away to college, she went to work for the Bethel College Church in North Newton, KS.

She then went to work at Halstead Hospital in Halstead, KS. She worked there until the hospital was closed.

After Halstead Hospital, she worked for Kidron Bethel Village retirement community of North Newton, KS.

Patricia was a loving Mother, Wife, Aunt, Sister, and Daughter. She leaves behind her legacy of hard work, strong work ethic, loyalty, honesty, dedication, and perseverance.

Patricia is survived by her two sons, Lawrence Ray Ford and Roger Dale Ford, her sister Florine Tripp, and Sister-In-Law Barbara Boese, along with multiple nieces and a nephew.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Ray Allen Boese and Donald Lee Boese, and an infant sister Margaret.

Due to Patricia’s wishes, her body was donated to KU medical school for medical and scientific research. There will not be a memorial service held.
