Kansas Democrat introduces Senate bill making clergy mandatory reporters of suspected abuse

Sen. Tom Holland, D-Baldwin City, introduced a bill requiring ordained ministers and clergy to be included as mandatory reporters of suspected abuse or neglect of children.
