John Timothy Keliher died Sunday, March 26, 2023, at Lifecare Center of Andover. He was the Safety Inspector for K DOT in Hutchinson. His previous job was a District Manager for PennDOT in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He was born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania to John and Mary Louise (Monks) Keliher on September 1, 1942.

He married Jane Roberts of Newton, Kansas on August 10, 1968 and graduated from Emporia State University in 1969. They were married for 54 years and lived in Wichita, Kansas There will be a visitation on April 3, 2023 from 5-8 p.m. at Broadway Colonial Funeral Home Chapel in Newton, Kansas.
