Grey’s Anatomy 8 p.m. on KAKE It’s the beginning of the end for Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) as she marks her final stretch at Seattle’s Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital before relocating to Boston to continue her practice and help Zola (Aniela Gumbs) pursue her education in the winter premiere episode “I’ll Follow the Sun.” Though she won’t be a physical presence once the season wraps, doctors Bailey (Chandra Wilson), Webber (James Pickens Jr.), Altman (Kim Raver) and Hunt (Kevin McKidd) will carry on.
