Bethel scores late to take down Coyotes

MAIZE — The Newton High School football team had no answered for the Maize Eagles Friday in a 49-0 Railer loss in Maize. The second-ranked (KFCA, Class 5A) Eagles were led by quarterback Avery Johnson, who hit 17 of 20 passes for 277 yards and six touchdowns.
