HALSTEAD – The finish of the Halstead Invitational cross country meet was nearly a disaster for Halstead freshman Addisen Wills. Wells nearly collapsed just a few feet from the finish line at the Wedgewood Golf Course, but she was able to get across the line to finish third in 19:49.23 for 5,000 meters without losing a place.
