BROOKINGS, S.D. — Bethel College athlete Trey Palmer picked up another All-American accolade at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Indoor Track and Field Championships March 2 to 4 at the Sanford Jackrabbit Athletic Complex in Brookings, S.D.
LAWRENCE — The Bethel College men’s golf team placed 12th Monday and Tuesday at the 13-team Ottawa Spring Invitational at the Eagle Bend Golf Course in Lawrence. MidAmerica Nazarene won the team title at 586, followed by Park at 598 and Rockhurst at 601.

LYONS — In a game perhaps better suited for next week at the Hutchinson Sports Arena, the Hesston Swather boys’ basketball team was able to hold off Central Kansas League rival Haven 47-41 Saturday in the championship game of the Class 3A sub-state tournament in Lyons.
