HESSTON — Hesston High School senior Micah Dahlsten and sophomore Asher Deutschendorf got the state doubles title they were aiming for, but not in the way they were hoping. In the finals against James Vander Ark and Jackson Newman of Kansas City Christian, Micah Dahsten and Deutschendorf won the first set 6-3, but fell behind 4-2 in the second set when Newman had a lengthy delay because of apparent muscle cramps.
