Time to stop blaming Dems for spending With the Congressional Republicans holding the country hostage over the debt ceiling (which is a separate Congressional function from passing a budget), the messaging needs serious clarification.

Prayer and the BOE “Freedom of Religion” also means Freedom FROM Religion. Over the years I have attended many organizational meetings that were opened by prayer and each time they made me feel uncomfortable as this practice may be appropriate for a congregational meeting it is not for a business meeting. The practice of prayer in public is inherently non-inclusive, note there are at least 35 churches in Newton? There is an assumption that all present have the same worship practices as the person leading the prayer and/or that everyone present prays.
