The Newton Saddle Club wrapped up their annual CPRA rodeo this past week-end and now the club is embarking on an inaugural event, Bulls and Barrels at 8 p.m.
For as long as Phil Anderson can remember, for his family the final weeks of summer have been about packing school supplies into kits for students headed to school in Newton and Harvey County.
