During lunar eclipse, fire breaks out on E. 10th
Richard Maxwell got more of a show than he expected at around 1:30 a.m. March 14 when he went to his front porch to watch a lunar eclipse in the 300 block of E. 10th Street. A fire was getting started on the porch of a home in his neighborhood.
