Festival picks first female ‘Sand Creek Charli’

Each year the Sand Creek Festival names a “Sand Creek Charlie,” a person to serve as kind of a mascot. This year, the fifth year of the festival, the name has changed a just a little - to “Sand Creek Charli.” That slight change comes as a result of the festival selecting the first female to be Sand Creek Charli.
