Kansas Senate bill would bolster inspections of dog breeders, animal shelters

A Kansas Senate bill could bolster the state’s efforts to inspect dog and cat breeders, shelters and kennels after an audit found the program lacking. The bill — supported by animal shelters and the Humane Society of the United States, and opposed by the Kansas Livestock Association and dog breeders — would establish a division of the Kansas Department of Agriculture to deal with pet animal facility inspections.

CHANCE OF B12 DEFICIENCY INCREASES AS PEOPLE AGE

Dear Doctors: We moved recently, and my father, who lives with us, now has a new doctor. During his first appointment, she asked about his vitamin B12 levels and seemed surprised that this wasn’t a test that had already been done. My father is not a vegetarian, so why would this be important?

Creating economic chaos

High fuel prices boil down to calculated policy decisions made by the Biden administration to devolve our domestic fossil fuel industry based on debatable science that we are in a climate emergency. These disastrous policies could be reversed with the stroke of a pen if only Biden wasn’t attached at the hip to the eco-left.
