Driller homers stop Surge

TULSA, Okla. — A solo home run by Carson Taylor in the second inning and a two-run home run by Jonny DeLuca in the fifth inning were all the Tulsa Drillers needed in a 3-0 win over the Wichita Wind Surge Sunday afternoon in Texas League play at ONEOK Field.

Abortion is a hot button

Abortion is a hot button issue. No surprise there. One side portrays having an abortion as wrong, plain and simple. The other side portrays it in terms of what is best for women and others in their lives when an unplanned pregnancy occurs.

It is just a few days to E-day and candidate’s campaigns are in full swing. Anyone who’s been paying attention has started to notice the unique differences in all three candidates for both the Treasurer’s and Commission races. Although these candidates are all Republican, supporters of Value Them Both, fiscal conservatives, and patriots; they are all uniquely different in what they have to offer.
