Leland’s life began on October 14, 1931, in Goessel. He is the son of Art and Linda (Buller) Heidebrecht.

Leland passed away on Saturday February 4, 2023. His family will gather with friends on Monday February 6, 2023, at Yazel Megli Funeral Home, Marion. Leland’s funeral service will be held on Tuesday February 7, 2023, at 1 p.m. led by Pastor Jeremiah Lange. He will be laid to rest in Marion Cemetery with military honors.
