Sedgwick man sentenced to 224 Months in prison
Jerad Carmichael, of Sedgwick, was sentenced to 224 months (18 years and 8 months) in prison for child sex crimes. Judge Jason Lane handed down the sentence on July 16 in Harvey County District Court.

“Robert’s Rules of Order” needs to return to the school curriculum. It was a one credit hour class when I took it at Indiana State University in the 1970s and I taught it as a mini-course in a Kentucky middle school for several years. Yet you will have to search far and wide to find it in a K–12 or college curriculum today.
