A wave of something like panic washed through members of the Healthy Harvey Coalition this week. A member and principle founder, Lynnette Redington, was on the hot seat due to a quarantine order improperly issued by the Health Department. There was some detailed reporting on this in the Kansan, which led me to watch the video of the week’s County Commission meeting. It was very much a relief. Redington and Toby Harkins, her Deputy Director, arrived much better prepared than their critics, and finished looking that way as well.
