2 1/2 pound chicken breast, grilled or pan fried ‘ 1/4 cup butter 4 tablespoons white flour 1 quart water 1 /2 teaspoon seasoning salt 2 teaspoons salt 1 /2 package brown gravy mix 1 cup Velveeta cheese Cook chicken and then cut into small pieces, set aside. For a gravy, melt and brown butter.
