Bethel finished the game 22 of 59 from the field, six of 21 from 3-point range and 18 of 23 from the free throw line.
Two things happened to the Bethel College men’s basketball team Wednesday night against Bethany in KCAC play at Thresher Gym — the Threshers rallied from 16 points down to claim an 83-77 win over Bethany and fifth-year senior Clifford Byrd II claimed the all-time steals record set last year by Jaylon Scott. Byrd II finished the game with 23 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and seven steals.
