9-1-1: Lone Star 7 p.m. on KSAS The Season 4 premiere episode “The New Hotness,” finds Owen (Rob Lowe), Tommy (Gina Torres) and the rest of the 126 being called into action to a county fair when a “derecho,” a band of rapidly moving severe thunderstorms, hits Austin, causing hurricane- and tornado-force winds, heavy rains, flash floods and a wide path of destruction.
