Chelsie Penner Newton will play one of three lead roles of “Cotton Girls” in an upcoming production at Butler Community College in El Dorado. The play, written by Scott Tobin in 1992, follows three girls who get stuck at the top of a Ferris wheel on graduation night in 1959.
