BURRTON — Round one of a possible three-round fight took place Saturday in the finals of the Burrton Invitational boys’ basketball tournament when the Inman Teutons edged the Berean Academy Warriors 40-31.

6 found dead at Milwaukee home; homicide investigation underway MILWAUKEE – Six people were found dead in a Milwaukee home in what police are investigating as multiple homicides, authorities said. Milwaukee police responded about 3:45 p.m.
BERLIN – A lone gunman wounded four people, some of them seriously, during a lecture at Heidelberg University in southwestern Germany on Monday, police said. Police said the shooter was dead but didn’t give details of how the death happened.
WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court has rejected a challenge from House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy to the proxy voting system that Democrats put in place in response to the coronavirus pandemic. McCarthy had sought a declaration that proxy voting, an absent representative giving authority for someone in attendance to cast his or her vote, was unconstitutional.
