The motion hearing for Jereme Nelson has been postponed by one day due to a scheduling conflict.

The hearing is now scheduled for Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. in the Harvey County Courthouse, 800 N. Main Street in Newton.

Nelson has been charged with alleged capital murder and murder in the first degree for the Oct. 30, 2016 murders of Angela Graevs, Travis Street and Richard Prouty in rural northwestern Harvey County.

The hearing will be held in Chief Judge Joe Dickinson’s courtroom on the second floor of the Courthouse.
