“These are tough times for a lot of folks. HOPEFest is especially for people looking for a little help to get a leg up for themselves and their kids,” said event coordinator Timothy Conner “Many local agencies and organizations are ready, willing and able to help folks find the support they need to take steps toward a better life. HOPEFest is ‘one stop shopping’ to explore the options and connect with these services – but, it’s also a fun festival great for all ages. It will be well worth a visit,” he added.
The Missional Church Network, coordinating a coalition of area community groups, churches and local organizations is the coordinator of the event with major sponsorship from Newton Medical Center, Newton Recreation Commission, Hutton Construction, Health Ministries and the Newton Lions Club.
