Dinner idea: Kaasdoop Dip (Fondue)
1 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 pound gouda cheese, rind trimmed, chopped
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Mix wine and lemon juice over medium heat. Toss cheese and cornstarch. When wine boils, slowly add the cheese, whisking continually until melted and smooth.
Season with nutmeg and cayenne. Serve warm, on a warming tray or in a slow cooker with chunks of torn rye bread and/or boiled potatoes.

After tweeting about the possibility of getting a new hairdo, TMZ.com reported that Justin Bieber did, in fact, get a new haircut just before shooting his new music video, “That Should Be Me,” with Rascal Flatts. A little shorter and a little scruffier, Bieber said his cut is “kinda of a more mature look.”
