PASADENA, Calif. —

Sarah Lynn Amstutz and Diep Hanson Le, both of Alhambra, Calif., were married during a 4 p.m. April 4, 2009, ceremony at The Neighborhood Church in Pasadena.

The Honorable Leslie Swain officiated the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Deryll and Jan Amstutz of Hillsboro. The groom is the son of Bich Le and Janet Vo of Seattle.

Maid of honor was Olga Karavaeva, friend of the bride of Los Angeles.

Best man was brother of the groom Donovan Le of Seattle. The couple took a wedding trip to Las Vegas and Hawaii, and they have made their home in Alhambra.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Goessel High School and a 2002 graduate of Goshen College.

The groom is a graduate of the University of Washington and received a master’s degree in public administration from National University. He is employed by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.

Sister of the bride Bethany Amstutz of Newton, brother of the bride Nathan Amstutz of Goessel and Tim Schrag, friend of the bride of Newton, sang two songs. The bride played keyboard and sang one song.

A reception was at The Neighborhood Church Chapel.

The bride wore an off-white floor-length chiffon dress with a sweetheart halter neckline, pleated empire waistline and matching tiara. She carried a bouquet of red and white roses.
