Baer, Wright marry July 5

Amanda Baer and Jason Wright were united in marriage on July 5, 2008, at Countryside United Methodist Church in Topeka.

Pastor Fritz Clark officiated.

Amanda is the daughter of Larry and Vicki Baer of Topeka. She is the granddaughter of Elaine Baer of Clay Center, and Bonita and Leo Burgman of Leonardville.

Jason is the son of Philo and Teri Wright of Satanta. He is the grandson of Lorraine Wright and Leila Ostmeyer, both of Garden City.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father.

Maid of honor was Adriane Nelson of Burlington, Wis., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Marissa Ebel, friend of the bride, and Margaret Baer, cousin of the bride.

Matt Sinovic of Topeka, friend of the groom, served as best man. Kelly Wright and Andy Wright, brothers of the groom, were groomsmen.

Flower girl was Alexis Dembkowski, cousin of the bride. Christian Wright, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer. Ushers were Paul Myers and John Hauck, friends of the groom.

Ethan Wright, nephew of the groom, served at the guest book. Readers were Aaron Nelson, brother-in-law of the bride, Adriane and Matt.

Soloist Connie Baer of Topeka, aunt of the bride, sang “A Wedding Blessing.”

A dinner and dance reception followed in the Washburn Room of Memorial Union at Washburn University.

Amanda and Jason live in Thornton, Colo.
