New question: Do you support plans by the Newton USD 373 school district to join in a lawsuit to force the state to raise taxes for education? Why or why not?
• I think the courts have ordered the Kansas Legislature to fund education in our state. How can they go against what the court says? Why does the district have to do another lawsuit and spend even more on getting what they were ordered to get?
