The mother of a 19-month-old boy who died Saturday in North Newton was arrested Tuesday on charges of aggravated endangering a child, abuse of a child and two counts of aggravated endangering a child.
Investigators found evidence 19-month-old Vincent Hill was physically harmed by his mother on March 25, Harvey County Attorney David Yoder said during a press conference Wednesday.
