Did a coach change your life?

Some sports coaches affect us for the rest of our lives with the words they say and the actions they take.

Do you have a coach who changed your life? If so, we’d like to hear about why they were such a powerful force for you.

The stories should be no more than 200 words, and will be edited for taste, clarity and length.

Feel free to send a photo of you and the coach if you have one.

Your name and hometown will appear with the story. The submissions must include a daytime phone number in case we have a question.
