In 185 games with the Olympiques, Crevier-Morin scored 12 goals with 32 assists, including six goals with 10 assists last season. In 25 playoff games, he scored two assists.
He helped lead the team to third-place finishes in the QMJHL the past two seasons.
"I'm really happy to be coming to Wichita and play for the Thunder," Crevier-Morin said. "I'm excited to start my pro career and meet my new teammates. Just really looking forward to getting the season started."
“Marc-Oliver is a tough, hard hitting stay-at-home defenseman that came highly recommended by people I know in the QMJHL," Wichita coach Malcolm Cameron said. "He's been a leader and a team-first player. We're excited to have him this season."
He spent the start of the 2014 season in the Montreal Canadians rookie and developmental camp.
