The smell of barbecue was in the air outside Vogts-Parga, 717 N. Main, Thursday as the business celebrated its new downtown location with a ribbon cutting followed by a picnic lunch. “I think they make a nice addition to Newton and they're nice ambassadors to Newton,” Mayor Glen Davis said at the ceremony just prior to the ribbon cutting.  V
