  This weekend athelte and author Bob Lujano will visit his hometown of Newton, and there will be two opportunites to meet him.     An amazing life Bob Lujano had a choice to make in 1979 — live or die. Lujano had contracted meningococcemia, a rare form of meningitis. To save his life, all four limbs had to be amputated. That has not slowed him down.
