ELBING —

An “Answers in Genesis” conference with Dr. Tommy Mitchell will be Nov. 15 through 18 at Emmaus Mennonite Church, which meets in the Berean Academy gym in Elbing.

Mitchell is the latest lecturer to be added to “Answers in Genesis” and Ken Ham’s growing speaking staff.

Mitchell has spoken to thousands of adults and children in a variety of settings, communicating reasons to trust the Bible and Christ.

As a scientist, physician and father, Mitchell has a burden to provide solid answers from the Bible to equip people to stand in the face of personal tragedy and popular evolutionary misinformation, a news release stated.

Mitchell will speak at 9:25 a.m. Sunday and each evening at 7 p.m. through Wednesday on topics: “Worshiping the Creator God,” “Why Genesis Matters,” “Noah’s Ark and the Global Flood,” “Darwin: His Life, and Why Can’t a Day Mean a Day?”

Admission is free, and there will be books and videos for sale.

“Answers in Genesis” is host to the Creation Museum near Cincinnati. For more information, call (316) 799-1958.
