Nancy Fair of Wichita cuddles Prince, a dog she’d like to adopt, Tuesday at Caring Hands Humane Society, 1400 S.E. Third in Newton. Prince, who Fair said will get his name changed, was one of 20 Shih Tzu dogs brought Tuesday to Caring Hands Humane Society after being seized by the Kansas Animal Health Department from a breeding operation in southeast Kansas.
