Thanks offered to food service workers

I would like to thank all the food service staff for the great job that you do. They have a very big job preparing and feeding for so many of the students and staff in our district. They come to work and give students a nutritious meal so that they can learn and grow into young adults.

Please, if you see one of the food service workers, you might want to tell them thank you for feeding your child or grandchild. Sometimes their jobs seem like a thankless one; students come through the lines and they may not like what is being served that day, but it is a very important one.

I want to personally say a big thank you!
