OBITUARY: Don T. Walin

Don T. Walin, 71, former cook for Newell Truck Stop, passed away Sunday (Nov. 1, 2009).

Don was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie.

Survivors include his son, Don (Benda) Walin of Las Vegas; daughters, Patricia Pilgrim of Newton, Debbie Walin of Hoisington, Cindy Marshall of Tucson, Ariz., Laura (Sam) Green of Hutchinson and Cassie Guise of Newton; brother, Doug Lobban; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
