The Rev. Kenneth H. Burnham, 75, passed away Monday (June 29, 2009) at his home in Jet.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Cherokee Friends Church in Cherokee, Okla., with Greg Giles officiating. Refreshments will be served following the service for a time of visitation with the family.

Charles D. Foust, 80, of Houston, passed away Tuesday (June 30, 2009) in Houston.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Broadway Colonial Funeral Home in Newton, with the Rev. Gary Bell officiating. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.

Delbert N. Kuhn, 70, of North Newton, died Sunday (June 28, 2009) at Kansas Christian Home in Newton.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home in Hesston, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m.

Burial will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at Hesston Cemetery in Hesston, followed by service at 10 a.m. at Kingdom Life Church in Hesston, with Pastor Scott Miller of the church officiating.

Exie Walker Jr., 60, of Hesston, died June 22, 2009, at Celebration Hospital in Kissimmee, Fla.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Petersen Funeral Home in Newton, with family greeting friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Kingdom Life Ministries in Hesston, with Pastor Scott Miller of the church officiating.

James R. Washburn of Wichita died Monday (June 29, 2009) of cancer.

Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Hesston Cemetery in Hesston.

Robert J. “Bob” Chase, 73, passed away Friday (June 26, 2009) at Galichia Heart Hospital in Wichita.

Visitation with family will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lamb Funeral Home in Whitewater.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Potwin Christian Church.
