Radio clubs taking part in field day

The Newton and Hesston Amateur Radio Clubs again will participate in the annual ARRL Field Day Saturday and Sunday at the Stutzman Retreat Center of Hesston College.

The public is welcome to attend and also get on the air to communicate if they wish. Time of operations are from 1 p.m. Saturday through 1 p.m. Sunday.

Stutzman Retreat is at 12535 N.W. 48th, southwest of Hesston. Directions to the retreat can be found at the Newton Club’s Web site, www.newtonarc.org.
