Dyck Arboretum of the Plains of Hesston sponsored a Tuesday trip to Chase County Fishing Lake as part of a Explore Kansas Prairies outing. The events help educate the public about prairie remnants and restoration areas in the Hesston area. More outings are scheduled for Aug. 7 and 18. The cost is $5.
