Bill and Josie Jenn of Newton will be honored for their 40th wedding anniversary with a reception/dance/dinner on Saturday at the VFW in Newton.
The dinner and reception will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday with the dance from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Bill Jenn and Josie Lavenant were married on Nov. 13, 1971, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Since that time, they have resided in Newton.
Bill works at Newton Tire and Auto. Josie is retired from Newton Medical Center after working there for 32 years. She works at Wal-Mart.
The couple has one son, Jason Jenn of Wichita.
