New building construction at Walton Rural Life Center celebrated with ribbon cutting

Members of the Newton Area Chamber of Commerce were joined by members of the student body of Walton Rural Life Center for a ribbon cutting Wednesday afternoon at the school to celebrate the addition of a new building to the charter school.
