Kansas State Rep. Marc Rhoades, 72nd District, was nominated by the legislative leaders in his chamber and chosen by the Selection Committee to participate in the 2008 Emerging Political Leaders Program, sponsored by the State Legislative Leaders Foundation.
The program is scheduled for July 14 through 17 at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. Dr. Edward Freeman and faculty from the Darden School and the State Legislative Leaders Foundation will lead classes covering an array of leadership topics.Rhoades was one of 50 legislators selected nationwide to participate in the program.
