Board to discuss vocational building

The Newton Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at McKinley Administrative Center, 308 E. First St.

Agenda items include approval of a bid for a vocational building at Newton High School, approval of delegates to the annual Kansas Association of School Boards convention and recognition of Jan Plummer, who was named principal of the year for Kansas District VI.
