Burrton church to host dinner

Burrton United Methodist Church will host its annual chicken noodle dinner, and food and goodies sale, from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the church, 114 W. Center St. in Burrton.

Menu will be chicken noodles or ham served with mashed potatoes, green beans or corn, hot roll, dessert and drink. The cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children ages 4 to 11, and free for those 3 and younger.

Items for sale will include treats such as fudge, peanut brittle, divinity, baked goods, jellies, pies and cookies.
