READERS: How do you pass on kindness to others?

What are ways we can pass kindness and nonviolence on to others? We’d like to hear your thoughts.

The submissions should be no more than 200 words and will be edited for taste, clarity and length.

Your name and hometown will appear with the story. The submissions must include a daytime phone number in case we have a question.
