Mennonite church opens doors for Hispanic faithful

A new Hispanic Mennonite church has been planted in Newton and is meeting in the house, which is owned by the First Mennonite Church, which is located across the block. The church is the only Mennonite service in Spanish offered in the state, according to its members and allows them to be closer to God by worshiping in their native tongue.
