Cassie Acosta and Clinton Plenert, both of Lakewood, Colo., together with their parents, announce their engagement.
The bride-elect is the daughter of David and Tammy Acosta of Parker, Colo. She is a 2008 graduate of Maranatha Baptist Bible College in Watertown, Wis., and is employed as a preschool teacher in Morrison, Colo.
Her fiance is the son of Ron and Nancy Plenert of Goessel. He is a 2007 graduate of Bethany College in Lindsborg and is employed with the Sports Authority Corporate Offices in Englewood, Colo.
The couple plans to marry Jan. 2, 2010, at Red Rocks Baptist Church in Morrison.
