Ashley Will, Jason Smith to wed in June

William A. and Debora K. Will of Newton announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Denise Will of Newton, to Jason Lee Smith of Grove, Okla.

The groom-elect is the son of Willis Russell and Carla L. Smith of Afton, Okla., and grandson of Willis Smith and the late Cleva Smith of Grove.

Grandparents of the bride elect are Inez (Tommie) Miller and the late Gilbert Miller of Newton and the late Harold and Nina Will of Newton.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Newton High School and will graduate in December 2008 from Wichita State University with a major in business administration and minor in management. She is employed as the Assistant South Branch Manager for First Bank in Newton.

The groom-elect is a 2003 graduate of Grove High School and is currently attending Wichita State University with a degree is physical education and sports administration. He is employed by The Independent School in Wichita and Applebee’s in Newton.

The couple plays a June 28, 2008, wedding at Salem United Methodist Church in Newton.
